Allison Prouty – Second Bolt Founder
A superhero with two shining lighting bolts on her chest, Allison Prouty, Principal and Founder of Second Bolt owes her super natural power for management and producing to the idea that “There are two kinds of people: those that show up and those that don’t.” Allison has over 20 years of experience producing and managing events, festivals, and benefits; developing marketing and sales programs; business development and fundraising. She received her “black belt” while working with Eve Ensler and the V-Day team for five years as the Associate Artistic Director. Highlights include serving as an Associate Producer on the 25-City National Tour and Broadway Production of Eve Ensler’s The Good Body, producing screenings of the documentary Until the Violence Stops at Sundance Film Festival and Miami International Film Festival, and the Festival Producer of the NYC citywide, Until the Violence Stops, featuring events at The Hammerstein Ballroom, Studio 54, Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall and The Brooklyn Museum of Art. While producing with V-Day, Allison was lucky enough to work all across the USA as well as produce events in Egypt, India, Italy and Mexico. A business minded creative spirit, Allison’s theatre/film related credits include Associate Producer, (Women’s Project and Productions in NYC), Guest Director, (The Martha’s Vineyard Film Festival,) Session Director/Director of Children’s Casting, (O’Connor Casting in Chicago,) Assistant Director (Hartford Stage), and Assistant Production Manager, during the inaugural season of The Chicago Shakespeare Theater on Navy Pier. She is a proud graduate of Skidmore College.
Jennifer Conley Darling – Lead Producer
Jennifer is the President of Darling & Company Theatrical and Event Management and is a live event producer and consultant specializing in non-profit strategy, conference coordination, live event production and theater. With over 15 years of experience, she is an expert in strategic planning, logistics coordination, inter-departmental communication, budget management, staffing, marketing and overall organization. Jennifer has worked with large scale music festivals, universities, a national trivia game show, Off-Broadway and independent theater companies, regional performing arts centers, film festivals, art galleries, event production companies, tv and film companies, private parties, and corporate events.
She was the Producing Artistic Director of terraNOVA Collective, an award winning, non-profit new play development company in NYC, a founding member of the League of Independent Theater, an advocacy organization for independent theater companies in NYC, an Equity Stage Manager, and a member of the Women’s Project’s Producers Lab. www.jcdarling.com
Carlie Flores – Partnerships
A Minnesota native, Carlie is an admin and creative extraordinaire based in LA via NYC and Mexico City. With a successful background working at companies like Beats by Dre and American Apparel, Carlie brings her expertise in operations, production and creative to our clients. She has a deep passion for people and is admittedly a huge music snob. Check out her monthly Spotify playlists!
Michelle Jasmine – Producer
Working as a core member of the Second Bolt team since 2015, Michelle Jasmine’s roots are based in broadcast television, digital agency campaigns and live event activations. Within the music festival scene, her credits as a Producer include Electric Zoo Festival (New York, NY), Euphoria Music Festival (Austin, TX), Imagine Music Festival (Atlanta, GA) and Celebrate Brooklyn (Brooklyn, NY). Michelle has worked for 3 years at Viacom, as Brand Creative Production Coordinator for Logo TV (RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 8 & 9), Production Coordinator for Comedy Central (The President Show) and, most recently, as Media Products Producer for Nickelodeon (multi property). Additionally, Michelle has worked extensively within the New York Off Broadway theater scene; her credits include Producer (Never Sleep Alone, The Public Theater), Associate Producer (Ars Nova) and Assistant Producer (terraNOVA Collective).
